Kate Forman

Kate is a NASM-certified personal trainer, Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist, and 500-hour yoga instructor. She has also completed a 100-hour biomechanics and anatomy training with physical therapists. She's always been very active throughout her entire life, and has a few injuries to show for it. This is why she is so passionate about including physical therapy science in her training and teaching approach - her belief is that you don't have to stop what you love doing when you're dealing with pain and injury - you just have to find a different and better way to do it. Her goal with her clients is to help them understand movement, and help them build strength so they move better, feel better, and can live a happier and healthier life. When you work with Kate, you can expect all the different modalities that she's trained in to show up in your programming, creating a well-rounded and more effective workout.
